This is a petition to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the writ appeal.

Affidavit of service has been filed in respect of RR 2 to 9 and the name of the learned counsel who appeared for RR 2 to 9 herein, before the Single Bench, is also printed in the cause list.

When this matter was called at 11.05 a.m. today, there was no representation for RR 2 to 9 and so also at 12.30 p.m.

Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay is condoned. The writ appeal shall be numbered if it is otherwise in order.
