ORDER

This Petition has been filed to set aside the condition of depositing 20 percent compensation amount within a period of sixty days as imposed by the Principal sessions Judge, Thiruvallur in Crl.MP.No.1 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.37 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025 and consequently extend the time to comply the conditions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit 15% of the compensation amount within a time limit prescribed by this Court.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to deposit 15% of the compensation amount within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the Trial Court shall dispose the Appeal on merits.
