a Memo dated 24.07.2018 stating that the Petitioner viz., Ponnuswamy had died on 11.09.2009 and his wife viz., Madhammal also died on 12.06.2013 and that despite several letters, phone calls and reminders, the son of the Petitioner, viz., Mr. Saktivel has not contacted him, and as such, he has "no instructions" to proceed further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated, leaving it open to the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner to apply for revival of the Writ Petition in accordance with law. No costs.
