This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18370 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation not yet completed and therefore the presence of the petitioner is very much required for completing the investigation.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18370 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. 22.08.2025 stn To The Inspector of Police, T-10, Thirumullaivoyal Police Station, Thiruvallur District.
