This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

By order dated 21.10.2019, this Court had appointed one Mr.Rohan Kadam, Area Business Manager of the applicant company, as a receiver to seize the vehicle covered under the contract.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the receiver appointed by this Court, seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the above application and hence, the application is closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
