ORDER

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the order dated 28.08.2024 made in C.R.P.No.2473 of 2023. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This petition cannot be entertained because the modification which the petitioner has sought for is not a clerical or arithmetical error. This Court has recorded in the operative portion of the order that the petitioner is willing to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only). We cannot ignore the observations of this Court in the earlier order. If the petitioner seeks for modification on the ground that his representation was mistook or misconstrued while passing the order, it is open to the petitioner to file a review and not a petition for modification.
