Wife has come up with this transfer civil miscellaneous petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P. No.48 of 2019 from the file of Sub Court, Arakkonam to Family Court at Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has been served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court. There is no representation for the respondent. As the respondent has not shown any interest to represent the matter before this court even though his name is printed in the cause list, H.M.O.P. No.48 of 2019 pending on the file of Sub Court, Arakkonam is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court at Chennai. The Family Court at Chennai, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 45 working days, at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
