smv 2.Notice had been directed to the respondent. Notice had been served and the learned counsel had entered appearance.

3.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the petitioner was ill, bedridden and had undergone medication under a doctor till the 2nd week of June, 2025. Thereafter, she changed her counsel and under the guidance of the present counsel, filed the present appeal with a delay of 199 days.

4.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. This petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to number of appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
