2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.551 of 2019 on 03.11.2019 under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 & 506(i) of IPC.
