This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9938 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12118 of dated 25.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9938 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12118 of 2023 dated 25.07.2023, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.

No.9938 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12118 of 2023 dated 25.07.2023, is relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
