ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2022 seeking to trace out his missing original document or to issue non traceable certificate.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the year 2011, he purchased a property situate in Survey No.281/3, Vennila Garden Extension, Site No.36, 37, Peruntholuvu Village, Thottipalayam, Thiruppur District from one S.Hakkim through, a registered sale deed, dated 01.4.2011, bearing Document No.1462/2011; during his travel in a bus, he missed the original documents of the above said sale deed; hence, he gave a representation to the 4th respondent on 10.07.2022 to trace out his missing original sale deed, or, to issue a non traceable
certificate; but so far, his representation was not considered.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that as per the circular issued by the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu, Chennai to the Investigating Officer, certain documents have been called for from the petitioner for enquiry and once it is complied, the respondent police shall issue non traceable certificate. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), I feel it is appropriate to direct the 4th respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2022 and do the needful in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the de-facto complainant.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
