This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to release payment of Rs.29,76,359/- in Application No.IDLS/TMS/03/07/0313.

2. After notice, the matter is listed today for further hearing.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner's application for sanction of payment under the scheme IDLS (Integrated Development of Leather Sector) has been rejected as early as on 27.06.2014 and therefore, the Mandamus is not maintainable. The said order is also placed in the typed set of papers.

4. However, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order has not been communicated to the petitioner immediately after passing of the same and that they came to know about the same only at a later point of time.

5. In any event, as an order of rejection was passed on the petitioner's application, it is for them to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
