This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer C.C.No.167/2005 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee to the file of Judicial Magistrate, Alandur or any other Court of competent jurisdiction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Alleging that, the complaint is pending for more than 13 years before the Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee. The defacto complainant has filed this petition to transfer the trial of the case to Judicial Magistrate, Alandur or any other Court.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent states that, C.C.No.167 of 2005 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee, has been taken up for examining witnesses and summons to the defacto complainant for giving evidence served and matter is adjourned to 21.04.2022.

4. In view of the above development, there is no need to transfer the case from Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee, to any other Court as prayed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
