The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to issue suitable directions to the 3rd respondent on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2019 on merits and accordance with law.
2. Heard both sides.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's property bearing Door No.44/5, Vallalar Street, Naravarikuppam Village, Redhills, Chennai-52, has been let out to the Registration Department to run the Sub-Registrar Office on monthly rental basis.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that there are arrears of rent payable to the petitioner, apart from not paying the electricity charges and also issuing TDS certificate. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has made the above representation. It is stated that the said representation has not been considered so far.
5. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
