This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to remove the obstruction on the pathway leading to the petitioners land and 10 houses at Kadapery Village Kancheepuram District by the Second Respondent and stop the construction forthwith on the pathway leading the petitioners land and 10 others houses at Kadaperi Village, Kancheeputam District.
