This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.00a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20848 of 2023 dated 11.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
