This Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the shares held by M.P.Kesavan, who was the husband of the second petitioner and father of the first, third and seventh petitioners.

2. M.P.Kesavan died intestate on 22.04.2005. The petitioners are the class -I legal heirs. After effecting publication, evidence was recorded by the learned Master. The first petitioner was examined as PW-1. The death certificate of his father M.P.Kesavan was marked as Exs. P-7 and P-8 and the legal heirship certificate was marked as Ex.P-9. The mail sent by Maharashtra Scooters Ltd., was marked as Ex.P-10.

3. In view of the evidence produce, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the first petitioner with power to collect the securities and to receive interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the Securities specified in the Schedule is issued.
