When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case has been transferred to the file of NIA.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh application impleading NIA as necessary party.
