This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to add all named accused persons on petitioner representation dated 11.08.2017 and to file a final report in Crime No.116 of 2017 pending on the file of respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case has been taken cognizance by the Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi in C.C.No.36 of 2018 and it is at the stage of trial.
