Selvambal v. Rasammal

C.M.P.Nos.21890, 21894 and 21895 of 2022 in S.A.No.938 of 2015 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To condone the delay of 103 days in filing set aside the abatement. ii. To set aside the abatement caused on account of the death of appellant, Selvambal.

iii. To bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant Selvambal in S.A.No.938 of 2015.

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
