This application has been filed by the applicant under Order XIV Rule 8 of the Original Side Rules read with Order VI Rule 18 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to permit the applicant to amend the petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, also in the affidavit filed in support the said petition in the short cause title, long cause title and to substitute the name of the first respondent mentioned as Shobha Asar Jewellery Private Limited with Shobha Asars Private Limited as specified in the details of amendment appended to the application.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application and perusing the documents filed, this application for amending the name of the first respondent in the cause title is allowed.
