(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) The Writ Appeal has been filed against the order passed in W.P.No.11189 of 2010 dated 12.07.2019 on the file of this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant would submit that the learned single Judge has observed as if the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner admitted to pay the amount, whereas no specific admission was made by the petitioner before the learned single Judge. If that is so, it is always open to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant to file a Review Petition before the learned single Judge, either to expunge or remove the said remarks. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
