Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to survey the land in Survey No.882/14 and 882/7 to the extent of 50 square meter and 23 square meters at Sonarahalli Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District along with the aid of the third respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to survey the land comprised in Survey No.882/14 and 882/7, measuring an extent of 50 square meters and 23 square meters respectively, situated at Sonarahalli Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, with the aid of the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
