2. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that this Court, by an order dated 01.10.2024, has ordered the bail petition.

However, in the order copy, the Section was wrongly mentioned as 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, instead of 294(b), 326 and 506(ii) of IPC.

3. In view of the above, the Sections in the order shall be read as 294(b), 326 and 506(ii) of IPC, instead of Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. All other conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain intact except for the above said correction.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections and issue fresh order copy.
