This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11/6/2015, by completing the enquiry as notified by the first respondent, vide his letter No.26193/I1/2015-2 dated 27/7/2015 into the affairs of the third respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Tippu Sulthan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, produced a letter, dated 2/3/2018, of the second respondent and submitted that second respondent had considered the representation of the petitioner and passed orders. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
