This Contempt Petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.02.2022 made in W.A.No.328 of 2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that as per the directions of this Court dated 14.06.2023, petitioner paid the penalty amount of 1 % + GST and NOC also issued to them. 3.In that view of the matter, even though the learned counsel for the petitioner/contemnor states that they received the NOC, Review Petition filed by them before the Hon'ble Supreme Court is pending, we are inclined to close the Contempt Petition.
