By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 14 to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2024 by taking appropriate action against 15th respondent for unfair trade practice, deficiency in service and unprofessional conduct while treating the petitioner.
3.The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner mainly on the averment that 15th respondent was negligent in treating the petitioner. As far as prayer of the petitioner regarding unfair trade practice, deficiency in service are concerned, it is for the petitioner to move appropriate forum. As far as allegation against the 15th respondent regarding un-professional conduct is concerned, the complaint made by the petitioner to 7th respondent was already considered and final order has been passed by the 7th respondent dated 10.12.2024.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the 7th respondent produced the order passed by the 7th respondent before this Court. It is also stated that the order was communicated to the petitioner on 13.12.2024 by E-mail. The learned Additional Government Pleader also contends that physical copy of the order passed by the 7th respondent is also despatched to the petitioner's address by speed post. The said statements made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 7th respondent are recorded.
5. In view of the said submissions, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the 7th respondent in the manner known to law. No costs. 16.12.2024 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No nr 5/8
