O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 16.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20394 of 2018, thereby directing the petitioner to prove his ownership in respect of the subject property and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to disburse the necessary compensation under the new Act of 2013, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.357 of 2023 and obtained an interim order of stay by an order dated 12.07.2023.

In view of the interim order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed at present. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeal.
