PRAYER To Commit and Punish the respondents for committing gross contempt of this Court by not complying with the order of this Court order in W.P.No.27179 of 2021 dated 21.12.2021 in letter and spirit by not removing the encroachment by the 4 th respondent.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was considered and encroachments were identified and removed.

2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would oppose by stating that as per the Advocate Commissioner's report, the encroachments Page No.2 of 5

are yet to be removed. Notwithstanding this, if at all any encroachments are yet to be removed, it is for the petitioner to approach the competent authority. However this Court does not find any willful disobedience of the order of this Court warranting an action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
