O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.6 of 2023 in GWOP No.23 of 2019, pending on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore.

2. I had called for a report from the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuddalore, by an order dated 14.10.2024. Report has been sent by the learned

Judge, and the report states that service has not been completed by the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the report, dated 19.10.2024, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuddalore, to dispose of the I.A.No.6 of 2023 in GWOP No.23 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from the date on which service is completed on the respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
