ORDER
Application No.4055 of 2025 has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in A.No.2133 of 2025 in A.No.69 of 2025 in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.) No.4 of 2025, dated 24.04.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent has stated no objection for allowing this application.
3. The applicant seeks further extension of 2 weeks' time for depositing 25% of the award amount. Since the applicant has produced the Government Order passed in G.O.(D) No.83, Water Resources Department, dated 03.07.2025, issued by the Government, by which, the applicant has been directed to comply with the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court referred to supra, this Court is of the considered view that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time by another period of
two weeks to comply with the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court referred to supra. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by granting extension of time by another period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court referred to supra.
