ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry initiated as against the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2023 as referenced in the Letter No. Ma.Aa.9.Na.Ka.No.A4/07299/2023 dated 22.09.2023 and demolish the illegal construction done by the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry initiated on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.09.2023 as per the communication dated 22.09.2023, after issuance of notice to the third respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing, dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
