ORDER

The writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time for the Hon'ble Arbitrator to complete the proceedings in Arbitral case in writ petition No.31700 of 2019 by granting further period of six months.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of six months, finally, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
