This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the orders made in W.P.No.30902 of 2022, dated 1/4

18.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court the proceedings of the respondent dated 18.10.2023 in compliance with the directions given by this Court on 18.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.30902 of 2022, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition. The individual representations of the petitioners have been rejected under the aforesaid proceedings of the respondents. Since the order dated 18.11.2022, passed in W.P.No.30902 of 2022, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition.

3.Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners, if so aggrieved, to challenge the proceedings of the respondent dated 18.10.2023, which has been placed on record today in the manner known to the petitioners under law.
