This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the orders made in W.P.No.28107 of 2022, dated 20.10.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court the proceedings of the respondent dated 04.10.2023 in compliance with the directions given by this Court on 20.10.2022 passed in W.P.No.28107 of 2022, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition. The individual representations of the petitioners have been rejected under the aforesaid proceedings of the respondents. Since the order dated 20.10.2022, passed in W.P.No.28107 of 2022, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition.

3.Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners, if so aggrieved, to challenge the proceedings of the respondent dated 04.10.2023, which has been placed on record today in the manner known to the petitioners under law.
