This matter relates to removal of petitioner from his service and the revisional and appellate authorities have also held against the petitioner. Therefore, interim relief sought for in this miscellaneous petition cannot be entertained at the admission stage, since it is merged with the relief sought for in the main writ petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
