2. This application has been filed by the applicant for extending the period for completing the arbitral proceedings for passing an Award by the learned Arbitrator appointed pursuant to the order dated 10.08.2021 of this Court in Arb.O.P.No.72 of 2021.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application for extending the period for completing the arbitral proceedings is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the period is extended by six months for the learned Arbitrator to pass an Award.
