Mr.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the revision petitioners and Mr.N.Ramanathan, learned District Judge, Administrator General and Official Trustee, Tamil Nadu are present before this Court.

2. Mr.N.Ramanathan, learned District Judge, Administrator General and Official Trustee, Tamil Nadu submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the properties have been measured and report is awaited and further assured that if the petitioners are in possession of the properties, they will not be dispossessed without proper due process of law. Such statement is recorded. The learned counsel for the petitioners has no grievance with the submissions of the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee.

3. Such view of the matter, as the relief in the suits itself is not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law, the learned District Judge, Administrator General and Official Trustee, Tamil Nadu submitted before this Court that the plaintiffs will not be evicted by following due process of law, this Court is of the view that no further order is required in these revisions.
