This petition is filed to condone the delay of 92 days in payment of the deficit court fee of Rs.1769.83/- in S.A.Sr.No.84845 of 2023.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 92 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.1769.83/- in S.A.Sr.No.84845 of 2023 is condoned.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
