O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file final report in Crime No.1492/2021, before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a time frame, as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No. 1492/2021 as early as on 02.08.2021, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, police has registered the FIR in Crime No.1492/2021, in which, the investigation is under progress. Hence he seeks two months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to 2/4

the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
