This application has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood related surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mayiladuthurai" stipulated in Crl.O.P.No.23501 of 2022 vide order dated 27.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting bail had directed the petitioner to furnish two sureties and that out of which one surety was directed to be a blood related surety. He would submit that the petitioner does not have any blood related surety and thereby, he has filed this petition seeking for modification of the condition.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23501 of 2022 dated 27.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two normal sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Mayiladuthurai. All other conditions remains intact.
