ORDER

The relief sought in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government counsel appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondents have not interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, as alleged by the petitioner.

Recording the above submission made by the learned Government counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner as well as the third respondent to approach the civil court concerned, if necessity arises.
