This application has been filed to grant leave to sue the Respondent herein, whose shop is located outside the jurisdiction of this Court and consequently permit the Applicant herein to file the above suit before this Court.

3. Having considered the plaint averments, more particularly para no.10 of the plaint and also the invoices produced by the applicant, which is annexed in the typed set of documents, this Court is inclined to allow this application.
