The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Page No.1 of 5

Mandamus directing the respondent to make sub division and issue separate patta in pursuance to the petitioner's online application vide Challan Number:20220711007980 dated 11.07.2022.

2. At the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father has executed a gift deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of property comprised in S.No.235/1 to an extent of 28 cents situated at Mitta Manadagapattu Village, Villupuram Taluk and District. In order to demarcate the property and for issuance of separate patta, the petitioner has made an online application vide Challan Number:20220711007980 dated 11.07.2022 before the respondent, however, the respondent did not take any action. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's Page No.2 of 5

online application dated 11.07.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that he has no objection for the said order being passed.

6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

7. Taking into the factual aspects, without going into the merits of the case, this Court issues direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 11.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
