(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Counsel for petitioner states that since the Chairperson has been appointed for the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, petitioner would move the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. Counsel states that the stay granted on 04.10.2024 and particularly in view of petitioner complying with the condition given therein, be extended for some time.

2. Counsel for petitioner states that the next date before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal is 19.12.2024. The stay granted by us on 04.10.2024 is extended upto and including 31.12.2024.

Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application is closed.
