(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 264 days in filing the restore petition in CMP No.21532 of 2024 in CMA SR No.48957 of 2024.

2.In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the wife of the petitioner met with an accident and had suffered severe head injury and took treatment for six months. The petitioner had to take care of her and also his children.

3.Taking all factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
