The present Application has been filed to amend the date of Will in preamble portion of the affidavit of assets and original petition and where ever in the petition it wrongly mentioned as 04.02.2001 to 14.02.2001 in the above O.P.No.849 of 2024.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.4070 of 2025 in O.P.No.849 of 2024 stands ordered as prayed for. 18.08.2025 kak Note: Necessary amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks.
