ORDER

The applicant has filed this application to permit the applicant to give evidence through video conferencing before the Additional Master Court-II and record the same.

2. According to the applicant, she has filed the main Original Petition to permit her to sell the petition-mentioned schedule properties including 1/3rd share of the minor child to meet out her needs and also to permit the petitioner to deposit minor's 1/3rd share amount of Rs.67,00,000/- in any of the Nationalised Bank in the minor's name Kuvira.S. 1 / 3

3. It is stated that the applicant is now residing in abroad and therefore, this application is filed to give evidence through video-conferencing.

4. There is no respondent in this application.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
