2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.10.2019 vide CSR.No.333 of 2018, a case has been registered in Cr.No.550 of 2019 on 03.11.2019 under Sections 294(b), 341 & 506(ii) of IPC.
