Challenging the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.834 of 2019 in S.T.C.No.93 of 2017, dated 09.08.2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Vellore, the present Criminal Revision Case is filed.

2. Mr.M.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that S.T.C.No.93/2017 itself has been disposed off on merits on 19.02.2020 by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Vellore and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
